Individual visitors to our web site are not otherwise identified other than by your Internet protocol (IP) address. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our web site, and to make our web site more meaningful to the users. We do not presently use cookies on our web site.

We may also collect personal information that you provide to us voluntarily when you complete the Membership portion of our web site. By providing such information, you consent to the collection and use of such information for the purpose for which it has been submitted and in accordance with this MIM Web Site Privacy Policy.

You may withdraw your consent to receive our internal publications or to change/correct any of your personal information that we have collected by contacting us via e-mail at les@mim.ca We will verify the user of the request before disclosing personal information collected or making the appropriate changes or corrections in our records.

As a result, we do not represent, warrant or guarantee the security of any personal information transmitted to us through our web site or that the personal information will be protected against disclosure, misuse or alteration and we do not accept any liability for personal information submitted to us. However, once we receive your personal information, we use appropriate safeguards to ensure the protection of the personal information submitted to us through our web site.
